Meet our team

Glenn Campbell

Chief Executive Officer

Glenn is a deeply experienced leader in the disability and health sectors. He has held six Chief Executive Officer roles including :

  • Carers Victoria — the state-wide voice for unpaid carers,
  • Hepburn Public Hospital and Health Service,
  • Possability — the State’s largest disability provider,
  • Family Planning Tasmania,
  • Railway and Transport Private Health Fund Ltd and
  • Hopewell Private Hospital (Hospice)

and is currently active in:

  • Federation of Parents and Citizens Associations NSW
  • Lasercraft Australia Limited NSW.

He also served in Senior Executive roles as :

State Senior Manager | National Operations Manager | National Strategy Manager with MBF (now BUPA), and General Manager with Mayne Health.

Glenn’s professional qualifications include :

  • Master of Business Administration from MGSM,
  • Bachelor of Business Degree (Accounting) University of Western Sydney,
  • Australian Society of CPAs Associate Program and
  • Company Directors Course Diploma from Australian Institute of Company Directors (G.A.I.C.D.)

His Board roles have included :

  • National Disability Services (NDS),
  • Football Federation Tasmania,
  • Tasmanian Council of Social Services (TasCOSS) and
  • Mental Health Carers – ARAFMI.

Glenn has been a fierce and effective advocate for people with disability and disadvantaged groups and a regular presenter at industry forums. He is passionate about providing a voice to those unable to speak for themselves and growing the skills and confidence of those who can. Glenn has two young daughters and loves snorkelling, football (both kinds) and surfing with his family at their local beach.

Tegan Kissane

Chief Operations Officer

Tegan has an extensive background in the health and disability sector in varying capacities including the NDIA in the initial rollouts pilot sites, with State and Territory governments, NDIS providers and a NDIS accrediting organisation.

 

With accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist and a Masters in Business Administration, she is passionate about providing high quality supports to participants, especially in rural and remote regions.

 

When she isn't running LifeFul's nationwide operations, she spends her time staying active, paddleboarding, and being a mum to her French Bulldog, Piglet.

Mark Nightingale

Chief Growth Officer

Since moving into the disability space years ago, Mark has since used his speciality in growth to develop solid partnership networks and strategies to help participants live the lives they envision for themselves.

 

His Masters in Business Administration has given him an edge in strategy and finance, skills he regularly applies to ensure LifeFul's exponential growth.

 

Outside of work, Mark is a proud gamer with a love for StarWars. He also likes to go bush walking and spending time with family.

Support Coordination Team

Jessica Phillips

Jess's journey with LifeFul began as a temporary staff member, but her deep connection and passion for making a positive impact in people's lives kept her from leaving. Each day, she finds immense joy in being able to contribute to someone's well-being, all while being part of a supportive team that shares her values. With a diverse background in human services, including experience in Disability Employment Services, Jess brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. When she's not working, Jess indulges in her love for karaoke and dancing, and she enjoys a friendly game of basketball. Her vibrant spirit and dedication make her an invaluable member of the LifeFul team.

Monika Konski

Monika, our National Manager for Intermediary Services, is driven by a desire to support clients in a holistic manner and guide them through the intricate and often bewildering NDIS landscape. With a Bachelor's degree in Law/Arts and a Diploma in Community Services, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Monika not only excels in providing exceptional care to clients but also expertly manages and provides valuable support to her expanding team, ensuring the provision of  high-quality supports by a close-nit team. Outside of work, you’ll find Monika kicking goals on the soccer field.  Monika shares her workspace with two adorable cats who love to make surprise appearances during online meetings.

Emily Honeyman

Emily is a dedicated support coordinator at Lifeful, driven by the satisfaction of creating positive change and assisting individuals in achieving their goals and excelling in their areas of interest. Being part of a small and supportive team, she takes pleasure in getting to know all of her clients personally. With 17 years of work experience in the disability field and a degree in disability, Emily possesses a strong background in the industry. Outside of her professional endeavours, she finds joy in walking her two Dalmatians, going on holidays, and exploring new places. Emily's commitment to empowering individuals and her passion for adventure make her a valuable asset to the Lifeful team.

Alecia Thomas

Alecia has both professional and lived experience working with all kinds of disabilities. Prior to working as a coordinator, she was an LAC with Uniting, working with complex participants with complex plans. Alecia’s experience raising children with special needs along with her own disabilities, has given her a unique understanding of the people she works to support, and the fight they go through for supports and recognition. Alecia’s passion is advocating for people who struggle to be heard, and as a result she also holds a position on the Systemic Advocacy Advisory Board (SAAB) with Disability Advocacy.

Chloe Ridsdale

Chloe, a dedicated Support Coordinator, brings a wealth of knowledge and firsthand experience to her role, having navigated the NDIS system as a parent of a child with disabilities. With previous experience in corrections and case management, Chloe has worked closely with adults from diverse backgrounds. Specializing in support coordination for paediatric and young adult clients, Chloe ensures they have access to a comprehensive range of supports and services within their local community. She finds great fulfilment in witnessing the progress and achievements of her clients as they work together towards their goals. Chloe's expertise and passion make her an asset to the individuals she supports.

In Chloe’s free time she enjoys mini staycations and exploring country Victoria with her young family.

Erica Capati

Erica has accumulated several years of experience as a Support Coordinator with LifeFul, embarking on her journey in the disability sector back in 2015. Originating from the Philippines as an Occupational Therapist, Erica brought her valuable skills and unwavering dedication to Australia, seeking new opportunities within the disability field. Her career transition commenced as a Coordinator at an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) centre catering to children with special needs, effectively showcasing her adaptability and versatility. Driven by her passion for driving change, Erica firmly believes in the profound impact of even the smallest actions. With unwavering commitment, she consistently goes the extra mile to support individuals to the best of her abilities, ensuring they receive the quality care they truly deserve. Erica finds solace in the delightful company of her two feline friends, cherishing quality time that brings her joy and a much-needed sense of relaxation. On sunny days, you'll often find her embracing the beauty of the beach, indulging in refreshing swims and immersing herself in nature's wonders.

Mariana Lenner

Mariana, a valuable member of the Lifeful team, is driven by her passion to support clients and their families in navigating the NDIS and unlocking the full potential of available supports and outcomes. With two Bachelor's degrees, a diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and a Masters of Education in Special Education, Mariana brings invaluable knowledge and expertise to her role, leveraging her extensive background and insights to provide expert service to her clients. Beyond her professional pursuits, Mariana loves to attend rock concerts, immersing herself in the vibrant energy of live music. She is the only female in her diverse household, which includes two dogs, a cat, her partner, and a new baby, creating a lively and dynamic family dynamic.

Niccola Nigro

Empathetic and accountable, Niccola is part of LifeFul's team as a support coordinator. She is dedicated to ensuring her clients are provided with the necessary supports for a better and more sustainable quality of life that empowers, using her skills in communication to thoroughly support a whole range of individuals from diverse backgrounds. Adding to her extensive experience in both mental health and the disability sector, she is currently undergoing her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology.

 

Outside of her duties, you'll find Niccola training for powerlifting competitions or watching her favorite films with her favorite people.

Hope Chirva

Hope has over 13 years of experience in the disability sector and is passionate about connecting her clients with the supports required to achieve their goals. Hope loves taking the time to learn about her clients’ interests and goals, and says that helping them maintain their independence is her favourite part of being a support coordinator.

In her free time, you’re most likely to find Hope working at the gym (she’d choose weights over cardio any day), spending time with her family and friends, or playing with her French bulldog, Enzo.

Katrina Guida

Katrina brings over 20 years of experience in the disability field to her role as a support coordinator, going above and beyond in supporting her clients in various ways, including managing and understanding their NDIS plans, monitoring their budgets, and researching the best provider options with her clients' unique needs and preferences in mind.

Outside of the amazing work Katrina does as a support coordinator at LifeFul, she also loves playing netball with her family, cheering on the Melbourne Vixens, and frequently takes advantage of the Melbourne food scene, enjoying dinner and lots of laughs with friends.

Aba Ibrahim

Aba is dedicated to empowering his clients by helping them navigate the NDIS effectively. With over 4 years of experience in the community services sector, Aba excels in developing personalised support plans tailored to his clients’ individual needs and preferences. He coordinates with service providers to ensure his clients receive the appropriate supports and services, providing regular updates and budget reports to maintain transparency. Aba’s deep commitment to client advocacy makes him an invaluable asset to both his clients and the LifeFul team.

In his spare time, Aba is a keen photographer and believes this hobby has taught him to be more observant, patient, and attentive to details. He loves capturing the beauty of the world around him and sharing that beauty with others.

Hilary Sawe

Hilary works with his clients to develop personalised support plans that cater to their specific needs and preferences. Apart from coordinating with various service providers to ensure his clients receive the supports and services they need, Hilary strives to help his clients achieve their goals and empower them to lead an independent life where their voices are heard.

With a strong background in social work and in the disability and mental health space, Hilary utilises his ample experience to support his clients in understanding their NDIS plan and maximising it.

When he’s not helping her clients live their best lives, Hilary enjoys socialising and meeting new friends, watching movies, and cooking up a storm.

Charlotte Hungwe

Charlotte is a dedicated Support Coordinator and brings a wealth of experience from her 7+ years in a prior support worker role. She has extensive knowledge and understanding of the NDIS and works as closely as she can with her participants, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and how she can best support them.

When she’s not working, Charlotte enjoys many creative pursuits such as painting and dancing, and loves relaxing with a good book in hand.

Plan Management Team

Kerrie O’Brien

Kerrie is a dedicated Plan Managemer at Lifeful, tirelessly providing information, knowledge, and support to both clients and providers. With a deep understanding of the overwhelming and confusing nature of navigating an NDIS plan, Kerrie finds joy in deciphering and bringing clarity to LifeFul clients, ensuring they fully comprehend all aspects of their plan. In addition to her wealth of customer service experience, Kerrie's warm and personable nature allows her to not only offer knowledge but also address any questions and provide the necessary support. Beyond her professional endeavors, Kerrie's hidden talents shine on the field, where she spends her spare time playing for her local Aussie Rules team. Kerrie's commitment to fostering a high-performing team and making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves is evident in her unwavering dedication and exceptional abilities.

Simone Harris

Simone is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in administration and customer service, with a significant background in Disability Employment Services (DES), including creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities by placing them in sustainable and meaningful employment. Throughout her career, Simone has developed hands-on expertise in working with individuals facing mobility disabilities and ASD, both adults and children, making her highly empathetic and understanding toward NDIS clients and their families. She holds a Mental Health First Aid Certification and possesses extensive knowledge in various mental health conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and schizophrenia. Simone values sensitivity and confidentiality, and she is committed to offering expert advice to ensure her clients reach their NDIS goals while respecting their choices and autonomy.

Beyond work, she cherishes spending quality time with her two adult children, indulging in aromatherapy and nurturing her crystal collection, and watching the Footy (GO POWER!)

Denise Ross

Denise, one of our Acting National Managers for Daily Living, is a tireless advocate for clients with disabilities, ensuring they can live life on their own terms and achieve their goals. With an unwavering commitment to her work, Denise consistently goes above and beyond to enhance the quality of life for the individuals in her care. Her compassionate and nurturing nature, influenced by her strong family values, shines through in every interaction and the exceptional care she provides.

 

In addition to her dedication to clients, Denise also excels in managing her team, fostering a supportive environment where each member can thrive.

 

Denise's dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities is a testament to her character and the impact she continues to make.

Julienne Verhagen

Julienne brings a wealth of experience to her role as a Team Leader in disability support work, drawing from her extensive background as a teacher, trainer, support worker, and small company director. Throughout her career, which began during her teenage years, she has accumulated valuable knowledge in institutional care and individual home settings. Growing up with a physically disabled sibling has provided her with a unique perspective from ‘both sides of the fence’. Julienne is passionate that at Lifeful, we remove the fence altogether, working collaboratively to achieve our clients' common goals.

As the author of "Interactive Care: Breaking the Mold of Traditional Disability Support," Julienne emphasizes the importance of choice, safety, responsibility, and creating a stimulating and caring environment for individuals with disabilities. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to directly put these principles into action at Lifeful.

Katie Jones

Katie is one of our dedicated and passionate Victorian Daily Living Team Leaders, responsible for overseeing the well-being of her caseload of clients, her team of support workers, and our VIC Supported Independent Living properties. With years of experience in support work and the NDIS, Katie brings invaluable expertise to her role. Her vibrant and bubbly personality shines through as she not only provides holistic and capacity-building care for our clients and team but also creates a joyful and fun environment along the way. Beyond work, Katie finds joy in exploring new places through travel, cherishing quality time with her bestie and partner, and doting on her two adorable fur babies.

Josie Zarins

Josie, our VIC Daily Living Team Leader, is dedicated to supporting and empowering clients with disabilities through personalized and individualized care. With her empathetic nature, Josie ensures that each client feels heard and understood, creating a safe and supportive environment. She is passionate about building the capacity of those she supports, helping them live their best lives and work towards their unique goals. Josie's unwavering commitment to making a positive impact shines through in her work, as she consistently works to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Mitch Raschke

Mitch is our Daily Living Team Leader for NSW and brings over 9 years of experience in the disability sector to his role at LifeFul. With strong background in support work and disability employment services, Mitch always strives to provide the best possible support for LifeFul’s clients and their support system.

 

Having grown up alongside a sibling who lives with a disability, Mitch cares deeply about seeing our clients’ lives change for the better, learning their stories, and amplifying their voices.

 

Outside of his Team Leader role, you can find Mitch playing with his band, working on his car, and spending quality time with his partner, their young son, and their adorable Whippet pup!

Allied Health Team

Stephanie Miller (PBS)

 

As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, Stephanie brings to LifeFul her vast experience and knowledge, specialising in Neurodivergent Children & Youth. Stephanie has developed and refined her skill base during her 5+ years experience providing support to children with complex needs, including but not limited to ASD, ADHD, C‑PTSD, PDA and mood disorders.

 

With her studies in Brain and Behavioural Science, along with previous experience working for the Department of Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs, Stephanie has provided support to youth through managing crisis intervention, risk assessment, suicide prevention and positive behavioural support. On weekends Stephanie love heading off on adventures and spending time in nature and soaking up the sun.

Elizabeth Morgan (PBS)

 

Meet Elizabeth, our dedicated VIC Behavioral Therapist, specializing in supporting preschool-age children on the autism spectrum. With a background in early childhood and as an ABA therapist, she brings invaluable expertise to her role.

 

Elizabeth's passion for helping others led her to achieve a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Science and a Diploma in Community Services (Child Care), making her an essential asset to the Lifeful team.

 

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys swimming at the beach in summer, playing tennis, and cherishing quality time with her family during their traditional camping trips every Christmas.

Joanne Karanikos (PBS)

 

Joanne is a dedicated and compassionate Behavioural Therapist with a wide-range of expertise in helping clients of all ages achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives. Her strong background in the disability field equips her with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.

 

Joanne's invaluable skills extend to working alongside clients with various conditions such as Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Diabetes, and Non-Mobility. She finds immense reward in making a positive impact on the lives of her clients, empowering them to overcome obstacles and thrive.

 

Beyond her professional pursuits, Joanne enjoys indulging in creative hobbies like cooking, baking, and crafting, as well as cherishing quality time with her family and friends.

Katie Grech (PBS)

A passionate and dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, Katrina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Over the years, she has worked in various capacities within the disability sector and uses evidence-based practices to provide positive support to clients.

 

She also firmly believes in the importance of tailoring support to meet the unique needs of each individual while working closely with their support system. When all is said and done, she is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of those she works with.

 

Katrina enjoys tennis and adores having breakfast with her family and taking walks with her dog by the river.

Annelise Rashoo (PBS)

 

Annelise is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner who works with participants of all ages to provide behaviour support, taking a holistic and collaborative approach to identify and address unmet needs and improve quality of life. She is especially interested in areas of complex mental health, dual diagnosis, and neurological disorders.

With a Bachelor of Science in Developmental Biology and a Master of Neuroscience and Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science in the works, Annelise has over 10 years experience working with children, with a special focus on those who are neurodiverse. She draws on her own lived experience to understand and empathise with her clients’ experiences and needs. Her desire for continued learning and professional development helps fuel her efforts.

Outside of work and study, Annelise is passionate about animal welfare, having previously worked as a zookeeper and volunteered on an Animal Ethics Committee. She has two cats, Willow and Luna, and can often be found singing her heart out her local open mic night or catching up on the latest flicks (she especially enjoys Korean thrillers).

Josh Sinclair (Exercise Physiology)

 

Josh is a highly-qualified and accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 9 years of experience in the industry. Strongly believing that every individual has a unique set of needs and physical capabilities, he takes pride in his ability to listen to any and all health information presented to him, whether through his clients or their medical history.

 

He believes in putting the pieces together and come up with personal plans that will help his clients achieve their desired outcomes, including but not limited to managing chronic pain, building physical capacity for daily living, and even general strength and conditioning. His clients' goals and potential are the core of his work.

 

When he isn't helping his clients achieve their best physical selves, Josh dabbles in creative writing and acting as an extra in a number of Australian TV series and feature films. More than anything, though, he enjoys spending his time with family and friends.

Lauren Burns (Speech Pathology)

 

Leading and supporting the speech pathology division, as well as directly providing speech pathology services to participants, Lauren is an energetic and passionate member of the LifeFul team. With over 10 years of experience in the disability sector and 8 years in speech pathology, Lauren brings a creative, out-of-the-box approach to her role. With lived experience supporting loved ones with disabilities, Lauren is a dedicated practitioner who loves being a part of a team that prioritises the care of their clients over everything else.

 

Outside of speech pathology, Lauren enjoys keeping up with the latest Netflix shows, spending time with her family, and loves all things Harry Potter and Disney-related.

Finance

Angela Fernando

A qualified Financial Management Accountant and with over 20 years of experience under her belt, Angela leads our incredible team as Finance Manager. The disability sector has always had a special place in her heart, especially having raised beautiful children on the spectrum, and finds much joy in making a difference through her skills. Her diligence and dedication shine through in her work and enable LifeFul to operate as efficiently as possible to continue to serve and support clients in living life on their own terms.

 

When she isn't crunching numbers and balancing the books, Angela spends most of her time swimming, gardening, reading, and hanging out with her impressive herd of beloved pets made of cats, dogs, chickens, and birds.
