Scott Redman is an experienced executive with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning the disability, community services, and business sectors. His career in community services began in 2002, where he held roles in Daily Living and then Behavioural Support. Roles followed as Program Manager for Transition to Work, and Program Lead for Supported Independent Living. These formative experiences instilled in Scott a deep commitment to delivering person-centred services and empowering individuals.
As a director of Clear Sky Australia, a leading NDIS-registered provider, Scott established new benchmarks for person-centred disability services. He further demonstrated his innovative approach to inclusivity through BGR Retail Group, where he created unique employment pathways under the NDIS framework, offering meaningful job opportunities to individuals with disabilities.
In the corporate sector, Scott served as CEO of HP Red Pty Ltd, a manufacturing leader specialising in mining componentry. Under his stewardship, the company became a trusted supplier across the Asia Pacific for industry giants such as Komatsu, Caterpillar, Joy, and Sandvik, achieving operational excellence and forging strong stakeholder relationships.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Scott is deeply committed to his community. Previously as Non-Executive Director and Vice Chair of Hunter Homeless Connect Inc., and currently as a Non-Executive Director and Financial Chair with Hunter Wetlands Centre Australia, he has driven initiatives that promote sustainability, community support, and social inclusion.

Erica has accumulated several years of experience as a Support Coordinator with LifeFul, embarking on her journey in the disability sector back in 2015. Originating from the Philippines as an Occupational Therapist, Erica brought her valuable skills and unwavering dedication to Australia, seeking new opportunities within the disability field. Her career transition commenced as a Coordinator at an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) centre catering to children with special needs, effectively showcasing her adaptability and versatility. Driven by her passion for driving change, Erica firmly believes in the profound impact of even the smallest actions. With two Bachelor's degrees, a diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and a Masters of Education in Special Education, Mariana brings invaluable knowledge and expertise to her role, leveraging her extensive background and insights to provide expert service to her clients. Charlotte is a dedicated Support Coordinator and brings a wealth of experience from her 7+ years in a prior support worker role. She has extensive knowledge and understanding of the NDIS and works as closely as she can with her participants, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and how she can best support them.
When she’s not working, Charlotte enjoys many creative pursuits such as painting and dancing, and loves relaxing with a good book in hand.
Empathetic and accountable, Niccola is part of LifeFul's team as a support coordinator. She is dedicated to ensuring her clients are provided with the necessary supports for a better and more sustainable quality of life that empowers, using her skills in communication to thoroughly support a whole range of individuals from diverse backgrounds. Adding to her extensive experience in both mental health and the disability sector, she is currently undergoing her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology.

Katrina brings over 20 years of experience in the disability field to her role as a support coordinator, going above and beyond in supporting her clients in various ways, including managing and understanding their NDIS plans, monitoring their budgets, and researching the best provider options with her clients' unique needs and preferences in mind.
Outside of the amazing work Katrina does as a support coordinator at LifeFul, she also loves playing netball with her family, cheering on the Melbourne Vixens, and frequently takes advantage of the Melbourne food scene, enjoying dinner and lots of laughs with friends.
Aba is dedicated to empowering his clients by helping them navigate the NDIS effectively. With over 4 years of experience in the community services sector, Aba excels in developing personalised support plans tailored to his clients’ individual needs and preferences. He coordinates with service providers to ensure his clients receive the appropriate supports and services, providing regular updates and budget reports to maintain transparency. Aba’s deep commitment to client advocacy makes him an invaluable asset to both his clients and the LifeFul team.
In his spare time, Aba is a keen photographer and believes this hobby has taught him to be more observant, patient, and attentive to details. He loves capturing the beauty of the world around him and sharing that beauty with others.
Divyanshu (or Divy for short) is a hard-working support coordinator with a background in accounting and finance. After moving into the disability sector with the aim of finding a more fulfilling and care-centred career path, Divy has been able to use his previous experience to benefit of his participants. Drawn to LifeFul’s “participant first” approach, Divyanshu is motivated to make a positive impact on the lives of his clients, and lend them a helping hand on the way to achieving their goals.
In his personal life, Divy loves trying out new recipes, binging a good TV show, and most recently he has taken up paddle tennis!
Hilary works with his clients to develop personalised support plans that cater to their specific needs and preferences. Apart from coordinating with various service providers to ensure his clients receive the supports and services they need, Hilary strives to help his clients achieve their goals and empower them to lead an independent life where their voices are heard.
With a strong background in social work and in the disability and mental health space, Hilary utilises his ample experience to support his clients in understanding their NDIS plan and maximising it.

Loveleen is our Perth-based support coordinator. She has been working in the disability sector for over five years and brings this wealth of experience to her role at LifeFul. Loveleen is dedicated to her clients and works carefully and diligently to ensure she can provide them with the supports that will be most aligned with their needs, preferences, and specific goals.
In her down-time, Loveleen enjoys listening to music, or talking a relaxing walk by the beach.
Margaret is a thoughtful and committed support coordinator who works with her clients to navigate their plans, connect them with the services they need, and efficiently utilise their funds. Margaret has over 4 years of experience in support work and youth work, and three 3 years in aged care. She has also attained her Certificate III in Individual Support and a degree in Applied Social Science (Community Services). Her diverse knowledge and background have given her the tools to be able to provide her clients with a high quality of support.
Margaret prides herself on being a good listener and approaching her role as a support coordinator with genuine care and compassion.
Outside of work, Margaret loves listening to gospel music, creating new recipes, and find cleaning her house very therapeutic.
Jace is our North Brisbane-based support coordinator. He is incredibly organised and passionate about helping people reach their goals. Jace started out as a support worker, learning and growing his skills in the NDIS space before taking on a coordination role.
Jace is great at connecting his clients with the appropriate services, helping them to understand and implement their NDIS plans, and ensuring that funding is used efficiently.
Outside of his professional sphere, you might find Jace playing competitive table tennis or getting a gym session in. He’s also a self-professed cinephile and can play all the Pirates of the Caribbean theme songs on piano!
Andre is one of our Queensland-based support coordinators, and brings her extensive experience to the LifeFul team. With over twenty years in the community services industry, as well as a Diploma in Community Services under her belt, Andre is driven to use her knowledge to improve the lives of her clients.

Tua has been working in the NDIS space for over 10 years, including being involved in the initial roll-out. This experience gave her a deep understanding of how the system works and how to advocate for meaningful outcomes for her clients. As a Queensland-based support coordinator for LifeFul, Tua utilises her unique skills and insight to support her clients and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Tua is also a mother to two sons with autism, and this has further enriched her understanding of neurodiversity. She adores her family and spends her spare time cooking, gardening, reading and taking nature walks.
Yan is one of our Brisbane-based support coordinators. She is passionate about building relationships with her clients, and assisting them and their families to understand their NDIS plans and connect them with the right supports and services. Yan has completed her Masters in Social Work, and has experience in both the healthcare and disability sector.

Simone is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in administration and customer service, with a significant background in Disability Employment Services (DES), including creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities by placing them in sustainable and meaningful employment. Throughout her career, Simone has developed hands-on expertise in working with individuals facing mobility disabilities and ASD, both adults and children, making her highly empathetic and understanding toward NDIS clients and their families. She holds a Mental Health First Aid Certification and possesses extensive knowledge in various mental health conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and schizophrenia. Simone values sensitivity and confidentiality, and she is committed to offering expert advice to ensure her clients reach their NDIS goals while respecting their choices and autonomy.

Growing up with a physically disabled sibling has provided her with a unique perspective from ‘both sides of the fence’. Tejas is LifeFul’s National Manager for Therapies. A passionate and insightful Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner himself, Tejas has been delivering behaviour supports for over five years and has been managing multidisciplinary teams for the past three.
Tejas excels in providing dynamic support and understanding the day-to-day challenges that come with implementing behaviour strategies. He has a strong understanding of Positive and Evolutionary Psychology and strives to continue building on that knowledge with his own personal research.
When he’s not managing Lifeful’s Therapies team, Tejas stays active by going for runs, cold dips at the beach, and playing football, much like his favourite team Manchester United.
Brie is our Queensland-based Allied Health Assistant. In her role, Brie helps clients implement the strategies from their behaviour support plans, as well as gathering relevant information to ensure they are receiving the highest quality of care.
Brie has attained her Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, and enjoys listening to, helping, and learning from her clients and colleagues.
In her leisure time, Brie loves playing soccer with her friends and spending her weekends adventuring with her family.
As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, Stephanie brings to LifeFul her vast experience and knowledge, specialising in Neurodivergent Children & Youth. Stephanie has developed and refined her skill base during her 5+ years experience providing support to children with complex needs, including but not limited to ASD, ADHD, C‑PTSD, PDA and mood disorders.
With her studies in Brain and Behavioural Science, along with previous experience working for the Department of Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs, Stephanie has provided support to youth through managing crisis intervention, risk assessment, suicide prevention and positive behavioural support. On weekends Stephanie love heading off on adventures and spending time in nature and soaking up the sun.
Meet Elizabeth, our dedicated VIC Behavioral Therapist, specializing in supporting preschool-age children on the autism spectrum. With a background in early childhood and as an ABA therapist, she brings invaluable expertise to her role.
Elizabeth's passion for helping others led her to achieve a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Science and a Diploma in Community Services (Child Care), making her an essential asset to the Lifeful team.

Annelise is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner who works with participants of all ages to provide behaviour support, taking a holistic and collaborative approach to identify and address unmet needs and improve quality of life. She is especially interested in areas of complex mental health, dual diagnosis, and neurological disorders.
With a Bachelor of Science in Developmental Biology and a Master of Neuroscience and Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science in the works, Annelise has over 10 years experience working with children, with a special focus on those who are neurodiverse. She draws on her own lived experience to understand and empathise with her clients’ experiences and needs. Her desire for continued learning and professional development helps fuel her efforts.
Outside of work and study, Annelise is passionate about animal welfare, having previously worked as a zookeeper and volunteered on an Animal Ethics Committee. She has two cats, Willow and Luna, and can often be found singing her heart out her local open mic night or catching up on the latest flicks (she especially enjoys Korean thrillers).
Josh is a highly-qualified and accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 9 years of experience in the industry. Strongly believing that every individual has a unique set of needs and physical capabilities, he takes pride in his ability to listen to any and all health information presented to him, whether through his clients or their medical history.
He believes in putting the pieces together and come up with personal plans that will help his clients achieve their desired outcomes, including but not limited to managing chronic pain, building physical capacity for daily living, and even general strength and conditioning. His clients' goals and potential are the core of his work.
When he isn't helping his clients achieve their best physical selves, Josh dabbles in creative writing and acting as an extra in a number of Australian TV series and feature films. More than anything, though, he enjoys spending his time with family and friends.

The disability sector has always had a special place in her heart, especially having raised beautiful children on the spectrum, and finds much joy in making a difference through her skills. Her diligence and dedication shine through in her work and enable LifeFul to operate as efficiently as possible to continue to serve and support clients in living life on their own terms.
