About SIL

Learn more about Supported Independent Living (SIL) through some of the most frequently asked questions below.
Like most NDIS-funded supports, it all depends on your plan. In general, LifeFul’s SIL services include but are not limited to daily living supports, medication management and administration, social and community participation, and transport to appointments and employment.
Any NDIS participant with funding for SIL can opt to receive the support. If you aren’t sure, you can ask your plan manager or call LifeFul’s number below so we can help you check.
SIL supports can be provided in your own home or, in many cases, the home you share with other NDIS participants. If you’re looking for accommodations, LifeFul also has beautiful SIL properties you can look into!
While the number of support hours you receive for SIL depends on your plan, LifeFul can certainly provide 24/7 around the clock care.
Some items that aren’t included in your SIL support are groceries, medication, suppliers, and accommodation costs.

A laundry cupboard with washer, dryer and sink provides convenience and ease-of-access, while the undercover patio with ramp down to the backyard allows residents to enjoy the peace and privacy of this lovely location.
